"INDEPENDENT TRACKING SYSTEM" -Have your own workout? Log your hours for 6 weeks, email us the total, and that is it.

 

"YOGA/PILATES"- Andrea Bumgartner @ Anytime Fitness Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 pm

 

“CARDIO & MORE"- Julie Gardner Monday mornings from 5:15 - 6:00 am @ Emerald Fitness Club. 

 

"WEIGHTS/ CROSS Fitness - Krista Parent and Tonya Kerns @ CGHS on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 am.

 

"DEEP WATER FITNESS" - Pam McRenynolds @ the Pool on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm.

 

"CROSS Fitness" - Cherie Nelson @ CGHS Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 pm.

 

"AEROBICS/FITNESS"- Sarah Parsons @ Harrison Gym. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (Friday is our alternate day) from 3:30-4:30pm

  

"BEGINNING AEROBICS" - Yvette Blue @ Emerald Fitness Club Tuesdays and Thursday's from 6:00-7:00 pm.

 

"Zumba" - Connie Pifer at Emerald Fitness Club from 4:30-5:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
