    We offer a 5-level progression program that combines both water safety and proper stroke instruction.

    Group Swim Lessons run on 4-week Sessions with a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday option. During the Summer we also offer 2-week Sessions (Monday - Thursday)
    Sign-Ups for Sessions will begin the Monday before they start. This gives the instructor time to evaluate current student’s progress and recommend placement.
    Private & Semi Private Lessons are scheduled individually with instructors and are dependent on pool availability. Requests can be made at the front desk or over the phone where we will note your availability and swimming goals. Instructors typically reach out within a two week period to schedule lessons.
    Private Lesson are one on one. $32.00/Lesson
    Semi Private Lessons are 2-3 students.  $28.00/Lesson/Person

    Aqualion Developmental Swimming and Water Polo Team

    This is a two-month camp that will focus on preparing children from 5th grade to 12th grade to compete in both swimming and water polo. Students will learn the fundamentals of competitive swimming as well as water polo. Students need to be able to swim the width of the shallow end of the pool to enroll.

    Camp starts on February 20th and runs through April 19th, 2024.

    Registration opens 2/14/24

    The cost for the entire camp is $20.00/person.

    5th grade will practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:00 - 4:15.

    Middle and High School will meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.

    Water Babies
    Water Babies is a Parent-Child class for ages 6 months to 3 years. This class is focused on comfortability for toddlers while giving parents the skills and tools to build safe swimmers.
    Our program takes place Saturday mornings from 9:45 - 10:15am and Tuesday evenings from 5:00-5:45pm
    Participants can purchase an 8 visit pass for $40.00 (with no expiration) or pay $6.00 for a single visit. To purchase a Water Babies Pass give us a call or stop by the front desk.

  • Level 1- CORE: Water acclimation and Safety Skills

    Typically Ages 3-6

    Focuses- Water Comfortability, submerging mouth and nose, bubbles, arm and leg movement with support, entering and exiting the water safely. Level One is for beginners or those with a fear of the water.

    Level 2-CORE: Survival Swimming

    Typically Ages 5-8

    Focuses- Moving through the water independently, beginning to use arm and leg motions correctly, floating on front and back without support, rolling from front to back unassisted. Level Two is for those who are comfortable enough to be independent in the water but not yet fully swimming on their own.

    Level 3- CORE: Stroke Development and Distance swimming

    Typically Ages 7-10

    Focuses- Proper leg and arm motion (freestyle & backstroke), side breathing, intro to breast stroke & dolphin kick, endurance swimming (width of the therapy pool at least).                  Level Three is for those who are swimming on their own and are ready to begin focusing on technique and distances.

    Level 4- CORE: Stroke Improvement and Endurance

    Typically Ages 8 and Up

    Focuses- Endurance (at least the length of the Lap pool), stroke improvement, breast stroke, butterfly, using backstroke flags, intro to flip turnsLevel Four is for those who are able to swim at least 25 yards consistently and have the basics for each stroke.

    Level 5-CORE: Pre-Team

    Typically Ages 8 and Up

    Focuses- Intro to swim team culture, Stroke refinement, technique, drills, and endurance. Level Five is for those who have a strong understanding of each stroke and are looking to continue practicing their skills or prepare for swim team.
