Current Classes offered  for the
2019-2020 School Year: 

“CARDIO & MORE"- Julie Gardner @ Emerald Fitness Club Mondays from 5:15-6:00 am.


“YOGA"- Julie Gardner @ Emerald Fitness Club Mondays from 4:45-5:30 pm. *Yoga Mat and a Towel or Blanket are encouraged


"CROSS Fitness/Cardio- Tonya Kerns @ CGHS on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:00 pm.


"AEROBICS/FITNESS"- Sarah Parsons @ Harrison Gym. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Friday is our alternate day) from 3:30-4:30 pm.


 "Zumba" - Connie Pifer @ Emerald Fitness Club Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 pm.


"Deep Water Fitness" - Pam McReynolds @ the Pool Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm.  


"AM Basketball" - Chris Wells @ CGHS Gym Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00-7:00 am.


"CROSS Fitness" - Cherie Nelson @ CGHS Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 pm.
