Current Classes offered  for the
2018-2019 School Year: 
  

“CARDIO & MORE"- Julie Gardner @ Emerald Fitness Club from 5:15-6:00 am Mondays.

 

"WEIGHTS/ CROSS Fitness - Tonya Kerns @ CGHS on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm.

  

"CROSS Fitness" - Cherie Nelson @ CGHS Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 pm.

 

"AEROBICS/FITNESS"- Sarah Parsons @ Harrison Gym. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Friday is our alternate day) from 3:30-4:30pm

  

"BEGINNING AEROBICS" - Yvette Blue @ Emerald Fitness Club Tuesdays and Thursday's from 6:00-7:00 pm.

 

"Zumba" - Connie Pifer @ Emerald Fitness Club from 4:30-5:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

 

"Yoga" - Sara Meyer @ LCC Room 122 from 4:30-5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

"Yoga And a Little Bit More" -Julie Gardner @ Emerald Fitness Club from 4:30-5:15pm on Thursdays.
