"AEROBICS/FITNESS"- Sarah Parsons @ Harrison Gym. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Friday is our alternate day) from 3:30-4:30 pm.
"STEP AEROBICS" - Yvette Blue @ Emerald Fitness Club Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm.
"Zumba" - Connie Pifer @ Emerald Fitness Club Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 pm.
"Yoga" - Sara Meyer @ 1205 Hwy 99 N. Suite 103 Fit4You Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 pm.
"AM Basketball" - Chris Wells @ CGHS Gym Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00-7:00 am.
