Complaint Process

  • South Lane School district strives to partner with students, parents, staff and the community to help students learn to their fullest abilities. Students, parents and members of the community are welcome to make their concerns known to the district, giving the district a chance to investigate and respond to those concerns.
     
    Staff, students, parent of students attending school in the district, or persons who reside in the district may petition the Board with a complaint. Complaints will be referred through the proper administrative process for resolution before investigation or action by the Board. Exceptions are complaints that concern the superintendent or involve Board actions or Board operations.
     
    If you are unable to resolve the issue 
     
     A formal complaint may be filed by completing the South Lane School District 45j3 public complaint form and submitting it to the Office of the Superintendent, 455 Adams Avenue.
