Lincoln Families

Lincoln Families,

The school year is going well, and we’re grateful for your continued partnership in supporting our students!

Many of our eighth-grade students recently participated in SPARK field trips. We were excited to offer these experiences beyond the classroom and look forward to more opportunities for our students to explore and learn.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to all the families who donated to our Lap-a-Thon and shared our fundraiser with friends and family. We appreciate your generosity and enthusiasm for supporting our students and school! These donations help us do so much more for our students.

Tomorrow is a grading day, giving teachers time to review student progress and update grades. Updated mid-semester grades will be shared soon, providing an opportunity to celebrate successes and identify areas where students may need additional support.

Parent-teacher conferences are coming up on the Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving break. We’ll send out sign-up links soon so you can schedule a time to connect with your student’s teachers. We’re excited to meet with families in person in just a few weeks to discuss student progress, answer questions, and work together to support a successful year.

Thank you for being part of our Lincoln community!

Warmly,
Laura Clark
Principal

The Weekly Roar

Lincoln Holiday Store

Lincoln Community,

We’re gathering donations for our Lincoln Holiday Store, and we would love your help!
Think of the Holiday Store as an indoor garage sale with a special purpose: students shop for gifts for their families without spending real money. Instead, they use “holiday bucks” they earn through positive behaviors and acts of kindness.

Your donated items become gifts students can choose for the people they care about. It’s a wonderful way to recognize kindness while giving students the joy of giving to others.

As you look around your home, please consider whether you have new or gently used items that another family might enjoy. Gift-worthy books, games, toys, jewelry, home décor, and other small treasures could help make the store special.

Thank you for helping us celebrate kindness, generosity, and the joy of giving. Your support makes this experience possible for our Lincoln students!

Growing Together with Technology

Students at Lincoln Middle School are learning how to handle pressure and make their own choices, online and offline through #WinAtSocial, our partnership with The Social Institute. This month’s lessons look at the pressure that shows up in sports, shopping, and betting apps, and how students can slow down and make their own call.

Want to keep the conversation going at home? Try this question tonight: What helps you feel calm when things feel busy or hard?
